Product Designer & 3D Print Lead - 2021 - To Date
Leading design projects through to manufacture from concept to production, collaborating with multiple teams. Creating detailed CAD for both plastic and metal components, engineering drawings and safety labelling for various applications. I have led work for new user machine interfaces and achieved Functional Safety Engineer, helping meet safety requirements. I manage the operation of 3D printing technologies in-house to fabricate custom components, prototypes, tooling and jigs for Mobile Elevating Work Platforms, while ensuring precision and reliability in all produced parts. I identify and implement opportunities to enhance part performance, reduce manufacturing costs and improve turnaround time through design iterations and process optimisation.

Loughborough University - 2:1 BA(Hons) Industrial Design and Technology Specialist Modules: Design Practice, CAD and Surface Modelling, Design Manufacture and Technologies and Industrial Design Studies.
Girlguiding GOLD Team Member Greece (Volunteer)- July 2023
As part of a team, I helped develop and led international training sessions in Greece. Overcoming language and cultural barriers, I led training on various topics within Girl Guiding to members of the Greek Guiding Association across mainland Greece over 3 weeks. Our outreach meant we helped train over 300 people and develop long-lasting connections.

Jenx Ltd - Design Engineer Placement August 2019 to August 2020
I designed products for manufacture to meet children’s additional needs. Developing an understanding into designing for manufacture using CAD and Finite Element Analysis. Expertise in 3D printing was developed through prototyping, testing and user feedback. Tooling knowledge was expanded in addition to an understanding of meeting deadlines for products for various special needs and individual circumstances.

- RC Nifty 2022-24 - Led a team to design, build and run an engineering competition for Year 8-9s to build and code a 10th-scale HR12 from a 3D printed kit.
- Women in Engineering 2021-24 - Teaching CAD & Design skills to 200 young women each year.
